He is white, 5ft 11in tall, slim and has dark very short cropped hair. He was wearing a blue jumper when he was last seen.

Sgt Gavin Hart said police were growing increasingly concerned for Mr Wallis’ welfare because he does not have vital medication with him.

"Mr Wallis is a vulnerable missing person and we want to find him as soon as possible," he said

"I urge everyone to have a look at his photo and if they have seen him to contact police immediately."

Anyone who has seen Mr Wallis can call Kent Police on 101 quoting reference number KP-20120410-1194.

Alternatively phone the Missing People organisation on 0500 700 700.
