Folkestone Invicta manager Neil Cugley is looking forward to returning to a three-pronged attack in Tuesday’s Kent Senior Cup first round tie at Faversham.

With Richard Atkins and Paul Jones both expected to return after injury, Cugley (pictured) will have four strikers available again.

He said: "We started the season with three up front but I’ve only been able to play two recently because we’ve only had two fit strikers.

"But I plan to play three at Faversham, which is a nice big pitch and three up front suits us."

Invicta, without a fixture this Saturday, averaged nearly two goals a game in their opening eight matches of the season but had scored just two in their last four ahead of last night’s (Wednesday’s) home game with Eastbourne Town.

With leading scorer Stuart King also set to return in a couple of weeks, following his shoulder operation, Cugley says he will have some competition for places in attack as his side look to build on their solid start to the season.
