No charges after stabbing arrests

TWO people arrested after a man was stabbed in the car park of a block of flats have been released without charge.

The victim was attacked outside Heron House, Baileys Field, Ashford, at around 6.30pm on Friday.

Police arrived at the scene as the young man was being treated by a crew from the South East Coast Ambulance Service.

His wounds were described as serious but not life threatening. He was taken to hospital where his condition was confirmed as stable.

Det Sgt Kevin Gurr said: "Around the time the incident happened we know cars were leaving the car park.

"I would like to hear from people in those vehicles as they may have information of importance to the investigation."
