A lorry overturned and spilled its contents at a roundabout.

The accident happened shortly before midday today (Wednesday) at the A20 Charing roundabout, Ashford.

Police said the lorry, carrying 27 tonnes of wood chippings, fell on a verge and some of its contents fell out. The driver was unhurt.

Delays on the road were expected during recovery of the vehicle.
