Police are investigating the cause of a fire after a van was set alight in Bank Road in Aldington on Friday night.

Fire crews from Ashford attended the scene at around 10pm and spent an hour tackling the blaze. No-one is believed to have been injured.

Police are now investigating the cause of the fire, which is being treated as suspicious.
