Police are appealing for information about a missing man from Ashford.

Sam Smythson, 20, was last seen in the Bond Road area at around 6.15pm yesterday.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Mr Smythson is around 6ft 5in, thin, with short brown hair that is longer on the top and brown eyes.

It is believed he could be wearing a grey puffer jacket with a blue hood, black jeans or tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers.

Anyone who sees him or knows where he is should call 999 quoting reference 29-1627.
