People in Ashford have a chance to quiz the council's decision makers at the State of the Borough Debate next week.

The deadline for submitting questions is now closed but people can still take part by coming along on Thursday next week (November 26).

A State of the Borough Debate statement from council leader Cllr Paul Clokie, pictured, can be downloaded from the council's website or picked up a copy at the Civic Centre or the Ashford and Tenterden Gateways.

During the debate, the council's executive and senior managers will answer the pre-submitted questions but also take follow-up questions.
