Two casualties after crash on A28 in Bethersden

Two people have been taken to hospital following a crash in Bethersden near Ashford.
Kent Police was called at 5.50am to a collision involving two vehicles on the A28, near the junction with Bull Lane.
Officers and ambulance crews attended and two people were taken to a local hospital.
The road was blocked in both directions for several hours while recovery work took place, and Kent Highways dealt with a fuel spillage.
It has since reopened.
