Police appeal after women touched on the top of the leg in Ashford

Two women were touched on the top of the leg after being approached by a man in separate incidents within an hour of each other.

The first victim was approached while walking her dog through an alleyway near Hawks Way in Ashford at about 2pm on Monday.

Just an hour later, another woman reported a similar incident in Knoll Lane at about 3pm when she was also touched on the leg while walking along a footpath.

In the first incident, the man, described as slim, with short hair, just over 5ft tall and in his mid-20s, is said to have spoken to the woman briefly about her dog before touching the top of her leg.

The suspect was wearing jeans, sandals and a grey jacket.

In the later incident, he was described as black, in his mid-20s, about 5ft 5ins tall and average build.

He was wearing a padded jacket, tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
