Hundreds of train passengers will need to use replacement bus services on Easter Sunday due to engineering work.

The busy rail line between Ashford International and Tonbridge will be shut throughout the day, and so too will the Tonbridge to Maidstone West route.

The Easter closures mean buses, instead of the usual Southeastern service, will be running.

Trains between Ashford and Tonbridge will not be running on Sunday

Passengers planning on heading from Ashford to Charing Cross will be among those most affected due to the closure of the 30-mile stretch.

There will also be some alterations to the train services through Orpington, with some usual timings being rejigged.
