There are delays on the London-bound carriageway of the A299 Thanet Way at Whitstable after a car collided with the barrier and was stranded in the outside lane at around 2.15pm on Monday.

The two occupants of the Vauxhall Corsa are not thought to be seriously hurt but the road is partially blocked while emergency vehicles attend the scene and clear debris from the carriageway.
