Police release CCTV image of man in connection with 'sexual assault' of teenage girl in St George's Place in Canterbury

Police are hunting this man after a teenage girl was allegedly sexually assaulted in a city centre attack.

The victim was sitting in St George's Place, in Canterbury, when she was approached by a group of three men.

She told police one then sexually assaulted her, leaving her with minor facial injuries.

Police want to speak to this man over a sex attack

The attack is said to have happened at 2.45am on Tuesday, September 9. Afterwards, the offender was seen walking through a nearby subway with the two other men.

He is described as a white man with blonde hair, who was wearing a blue zip-up style jacket, beige knee-length shorts and black flip flops.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time or who recognises the man pictured in the CCTV image.
