Firefighters were called to a blaze in a kitchen at a house in Tyler Hill on Tuesday.

Wearing breathing apparatus, they entered the property at just before 3pm and put the fire out with a hose reel jet.

A pressure ventilation fan was then used to clear house of smoke.

No one was injured.

Crews left the scene at 3.20pm.
