THE victim of a fatal road incident in New Dover Road, Canterbury, on Tuesday evening has been named by police.

Seventeen-year-old pedestrian Chloe Whittaker, from Canterbury, was killed after a collision with a Renault Espace.

The driver of the Renault, a 42-year-old man from Dover, has been arrested and released on bail until May 24.
