Burglar steals thousands after raiding industrial unit at Barton Business Park in Canterbury

A burglar is being hunted after he raided an industrial unit in Canterbury and stole thousands of pounds.

Now police have released this clear image of the suspect, after a unit at Barton Business Park in New Dover Road was raided between 1pm on December 20 and 11pm on December 21.

It's believed a large amount of cash - at least £2000 - was stolen during the burglary.

The suspect is described as being a white man, aged between 55 and 65 with short dark hair. He was said to have a long face.

He wore a green jacket, black gloves with white markings on the fingers, a white T-shirt and a black beanie hat.

He was also reported to have been carrying a light blue rucksack with black straps.
