A man has been found dead in a multi-storey car park.

Police and paramedics were called to the site in Station Road West, Canterbury, this morning following reports of a medical incident.

But sadly the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A police spokesman said: “We were called to assist South East Coast Ambulance Service at the scene of a medical incident in Station Road West, Canterbury shortly after 7am today.

“Officers attended and a man in his 50s was pronounced deceased at the scene.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.”
