Police appeal after assault in Dickens Avenue in Canterbury

Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage following an assault.

A man in his 20s suffered injuries to his back and leg and during the attack in Canterbury.

On Thursday, October 3, a car was parked in Dickens Avenue at about 9.45pm when a white Vauxhall Astra pulled up alongside it.

A brief conversation took place between the occupants of both vehicles - who were known to one another - before the man was assaulted. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

Witnesses who have not yet come forward are urged to contact Kent Police.
