Gin theft at Canterbury M&S sparks police appeal

Police have released CCTV images of a suspected gin thief after eight bottles were stolen from a Marks & Spencer supermarket.

Alcohol worth £315 was swiped from the food hall store in Whitefriars, Canterbury.

The woman police are trying to trace
Anyone who recognises her is asked to contact police

The theft happened at about 3.45pm last Monday.

Officers investigating the crime have now released stills of a woman dressed in white clothing they want to trace.

Anyone who recognises her is urged to call the appeal line on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/92768/20.
