Police name woman stabbed to death

VICTIM: Jemma Loder died from stab wounds

DETECTIVES have named the woman stabbed to death in Canterbury at the weekend. She was 24-year-old Jemma Loder.

A 33-year-old man is still under arrest in hospital today in connection with the incident

The victim died after a disturbance at an address in the Northgate area of Canterbury in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The suspect is being detained at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital where he and two other men are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The victim was stabbed to death in a flat in the Northgate area. Surrounding roads were sealed off as a forensic examination was carried out.
