A MAN is due to appear at Canterbury Magistrates’ Court today accused of driving while banned.

Toby Fenton, 29, from West Wickham, was arrested in Castle Street, Canterbury, last Thursday.

Police swooped on a white van being driven in the area and blocked it in with a number of cars before making an arrest.
