Canterbury rugby club reached a new low on Saturday after suffering a 70-19 defeat in National League 2 South.

Just weeks after recording a record 50-8 defeat at Ealing thing got even worse on their next outing as they were beaten heavily at Rosslyn Park.

The hosts scored 41 points without reply in the first half before reclaiming some respectability in the second with a trio of tries.

Canterbury weren’t helped in the opening half as Matt Robinson was yellow carded for an accumulation of offences.
