A 16-year-old boy has died just five days after being diagnosed with leukaemia.

Dan was studying AS-levels in history, politics, business studies and art at the Langton, which he joined from Hampton Primary.

He lived in Ridgeway Cliff, Herne Bay, with parents Paul and Jackie and younger sister Megan, a pupil at Simon Langton Girls’ School.

A Facebook group was set up in tribute to Dan. Within days, more than 450 people had joined the group, entitled There’s Only One Dan Bryson.
