A man has been arrested for allegedly filming up the skirts of teenage girls at two stores.

The 21-year-old was taken into custody following reports a man had been behaving inappropriately with a mobile phone at Tesco Metro in Gravel Walk in Canterbury and the Primark in nearby Rose Lane.

On both occasions it is said girls were victim to 'upskirting', in which a device is used to film a victim's underwear from below.
