Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the reported rape of a woman in Canterbury.

A woman in her 20s reported being raped at about 4.15am on Thursday, February 23.

Police had cordoned off the graveyard in Longport after the reported rape.

Officers taped off the scene and carried out door-to-door enquiries in the hours that followed.

An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy from Canterbury were later arrested.

They have been released on bail until June 4 while further investigations are carried out.

Police taped off the old churchyard in Longport.
