A two-vehicle accident on Saturday morning closed the A2 London Road in Faversham.

One driver has sustained injuries in the collision between Provender Road and Faversham Road, the severity of which were assessed by paramedics on the scene.

Police have closed the road after the crash but it has now reopened.
