Police are hunting vandals who damaged fencing and signs at Bobbin Lodge Hill, Chartham

Vandals have destroyed fencing and ripped signs off their posts at a privately-owned fishing lake in Bobbin Lodge Hill, Chartham.

The damage happened overnight January 31 into February 1 and again between 4.30pm on Tuesday, February 7 and 9am on Wednesday, February 8.

Police spokesman Jon Green said: “People who use the area are being asked to report anything suspicious and to let officers know if they can identify those responsible for causing the damage."

Police say damage was done to fences and signs in Bobbin Lodge Hill, Chartham.

Anyone with information can call police on 01843 222289 quoting crime reference ZY/5112/17.
