Woman injured after bicycle collides with car in Wincheap, Canterbury

A woman has been hurt after her bicycle collided with a car this evening.

The woman, thought to be in her 40s, is believed to have suffered a head injury in the crash which involved a blue Honda Civic.

The collision happened just after 7.30pm at the junction of Wincheap and Simmonds Road, next to the Maiden's Head pub in Canterbury.

A woman was knocked off her bike

Police and paramedics were called and eyewitnesses report the woman had a bandaged head.
