Two people escaped with just minor injuries when the car they were travelling rolled over at Brands Hatch racing track.

The Honda Civic Type R spun off the Fawkham circuit after losing control and rolled three times before entering the Paddock Hill Gravel Trap.

The crash took place on Sunday during the Tunerfest South event - a high-speed race involving the UK's finest performance cars.

The driver and passenger remained in the car until medics arrived but were able to get themselves out of the vehicle.

They were taken to a medical centre under observation but were later released with no concerns.
