Greenhithe assault leaves man with facial injuries after being punched and kicked in Skylark Avenue

A man has been left with facial injuries after being punched and kicked by two people who threw a bottle at him.

CCTV images have been released by officers investigating the assault which happened near Bluewater shopping centre.

At around 11am on Friday, May 26, a man was walking in Skylark Avenue, Greenhithe, when a bottle was thrown from a passing car.

It is reported an altercation followed involving the pedestrian and two occupants from the car.

The victim suffered injuries to his face and body when he was allegedly punched and kicked, after falling to the floor.

Investigators have completed enquiries into the incident, including reviewing CCTV footage, and are have released images of two men who may be able to assist with the investigation.
