Police seeking to identify CCTV woman after handbag theft in Bluewater Shopping Centre in Dartford

Police are asking for information on a woman found on CCTV in connection with the theft of a designer handbag at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Dartford.

At approximately 3.30pm on Saturday, March 17, a teenage girl set her bag down in an Urban Outfitters store in the centre.

A woman, pictured below, was seen picking up the bag and putting it inside her own bag before leaving the store.

The white Michael Kors handbag held inside it an iPhone 8, small photo album and a quantity of money.

Investigating officers would like to speak to the woman pictured, and are asking anyone who recognises her to contact Kent Police on 01474 366 149 quoting XY/015701/18.
