Dartford dropped out of the Blue Square Bet Premier play-off spots on Tuesday night after losing at home to Forest Green Rovers for the second time in a fortnight.

The Gloucestershire side knocked Dartford out of the FA Cup last month and they went ahead when Yan Klukowski fired a shot into the top corner after 11 minutes.

Things got worse for the Darts when striker Harry Crawford, pictured, was sent off for retaliation. Minutes later it was 10-a-side when Forest Green had Jamie Turley dismissed for tangling with Lee Noble off the ball.

Noble saw one effort flash wide and another hit the woodwork but Dartford finished scoreless at Princes Park for the first time this season as the visitors leap-frogged them into fifth.

Dartford visit third-placed Luton Town on Saturday.
