Steven Stallion has denied murdering Victoria Tomsett at Maidstone Crown Court

A MAN accused of killing his partner at their Kent home will not stand trial until November 3.

Steven Stallion, 44, of Sheridan Court, Temple Hill, Dartford, denied murdering 36-year-old Victoria Tomsett between October 17 and 21 when he appeared at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday.
