Firefighters are tackling a huge hay bale blaze near the busy A2 this evening.

Twitter follower @rainb0w_kitties catpured this dramatic shot of a firefighter standing just feet from the huge blaze, as flames engulf hay bales.

The blaze is believed to be just off the A2 at Southfleet near the Millbrook garden centre.
