Crews from four fire engines have been called to battle flames in a large blaze in Spring Vale, Greenhithe.
A statement on the authority's website said: "Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a derelict building fire on Spring Vale, Greenhithe.
"Crews used breathing apparatus along with hose reel jets to tackle the single story building fire which had suffered a roof collapse and was well alight."
