Five teenagers charged with affray

FIVE young men have been charged by police following dawn arrests on Monday in an operation to crack down on gang culture in a Kent town.

The young men, who are aged 16 and 17 and all from the Dartford area, are each accused of one count of affray in relation to a disorder incident in Central Park, Dartford, on Friday, June 22.

They are due to appear before the youth court at Dartford Magistrates' Court, on Tuesday (July 10).

Police would still like to hear from anyone who has information about the incident in the park.
