iPhone 7: Bluewater gears up for new model sales

Bluewater's Apple store is seeing a scramble - as dozens queues for the latest iPhone.

The new iPhone 7 went on sale at stores for the first time today.

For previous launches there have been queues stretching around the Greenhithe mall as fans wait expectantly to get their hands on the latest model, and today's launch is no exception.

But some might be disappointed - Apple has confirmed that it has already allocated all of its iPhone 7 Plus stock in advanced sales, and sold all the jet black iPhone 7s.

So, those waiting in the queue today might be sorely disappointed.

There is already a backlog for online sales, with customers experiencing a two to three-week wait time on the Apple website.

If you're after the new Jet Black version you might need to wait up to five weeks for the iPhone 7 or until November for the Plus.
