DRIVERS on the London-bound A2 are being held up in traffic after a crash near Dartford this afternoon.

Queues are reportedly stretching back as far as Gravesend because of the incident which police say involved two cars, just before the M25 slip-road.

Two lanes have been closed while police, fire and ambulance crews, and the Highways Agency clear the scene.

It is not thought anyone was seriously injured in the crash.
