Today (October 12) is World Play Day, a day for the whole world to “press pause on the ordinary and do something extraordinary” by playing together.

As a result, Lego and Bluewater are calling for everyone to “stop working and use your superpower of play” instead.

Until next Monday (October 16) people are being encouraged to “make their day more fun” and give the escalator slide a go. Come and give it a go.

The slide can be found between WHSmith and Boots. For more info click here.

All riders must be aged five or above and only one rider is permitted to use the slide at any given time.
