As they approached, a moped drove away, and O’Grady-Thomas was arrested at his home in Laburnum Avenue a short time later.

The moped, which was reported stolen in Surrey on Friday, February 9, was seized by officers.

He was bailed to attend Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on May 29.
