A man was reportedly assaulted in Longfield and has been taken to hospital.

Police were called at 2.09pm on Thursday to reports of a disturbance in the Main Road area of Longfield.

A man was taken to hospital.

A 19-year-old, from Longfield, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

He has been bailed until June 5 pending further enquiries.
