A man in his 50s was reportedly punched and kicked before having phone and cash stolen in Dartford

A man in his 50s was reportedly punched and kicked before having his mobile phone, cash and credit cards stolen in Dartford.

The incident is alleged to have taken place in Lowfield Street on Sunday, August 14 between 10.30pm and 11pm.

It is believed the man was approached by three men before being robbed.

Police arrested two men

He was taken to a local hospital by South East Coast Ambulance Service where he was treated for a fractured eye socket and jaw.

The suspects are described as black.
