Police have returned to search the home of a missing mother of five Sarah Wellgreen this morning.

Officers forced entry to her home in Bazes Shaw at about 9am to further search her property after detectives received intelligence.

It is understood no one has been arrested in connection with the search.

The front door of her home has been forced open by officers this morning and police are also searching another property nearby in Hanover Court.

A dog handler has also entered Miss Wellgreen's home to search for clues.

The move comes after officers spent days at her home searching her property soon after she was reported missing.

A man in his 30s was arrested on Tuesday, October 16 in connection with Sarah's disappearance and he was questioned for three days after detectives applied for extensions to his custody.

He has since been bailed until Friday, November 16.

Sarah Wellgreen has not been seen for more than three weeks.

Miss Wellgreen, 46, was last seen at her home on Tuesday, October 9.

She has not been seen for more than three weeks and police are treating her disappearance as a potential murder investigation.

They have searched many areas of woodland and countryside since she was last seen and yesterday searched the banks of the River Thames at Dartford.

Dozens of officers also searched an area near Bluewater shopping centre in Greenhithe and searched woods in Mount Road, as part of their ongoing investigations.

Clothing and daggers found earlier this week during searches have not been linked to her police say.

Searches have been carried out in several areas of woodland and officers have combed other villages including Scratchers Lane, in Fawkham, areas of Hartley, Longfield, Dartford town centre and parts of the River Darent in a bid to find clues to her whereabouts.

"A further residential address in New Ash Green is being searched as part of the ongoing investigation.

"The response to our appeal for CCTV and dashcam footage has been encouraging, but I would urge others who have not been in contact to please keep sending in any material they may have - that is footage within a five mile radius of New Ash Green recorded on the night of October 9 and 10.

"We have taken 165 calls from members of the public and received more than 1,500 hours of CCTV from over 60 locations.

"There are 30 detectives dedicated to the investigation and, so far, we have taken more than 100 statements.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the public for their ongoing support."
