Police are investigating following a suspicious fire in Dartford last night.

Crews were called out at about midnight to reports of a Ford Fiesta alight.

It happened on London Road in the town, next door to Kwik Fit.

The vehicle specialists say the car had been parked up yesterday and was "melted to the ground" this morning.

Police are now investigating the causes around the burnt out vehicle.
