VICTIMS of car badge thefts are being urged to contact police following the recovery of a large number of them at a house in Dartford.

The badges, stolen from cars in the town's Tree Estate in the past six months, belong to the following make of vehicles: Honda, Vauxhall, Volkswagen, Ford, Mercedes and Rover.

Anyone who has been a victim of such a theft is asked to contact PC Dave Preston on 01474 538066, leaving a contact name and telephone number.
