In the England 3 team were Kent’s Dean Ashby, Steve Brown and Matthew Whatley, all from Tovil Working Men’s Club, Maidstone.

England 7 comprised Alan Cregeen from Ashford and the Ramsgate pair Alex Bruce and Dave Blakely. England 3 won 11 of their 12 games with England 7 going one better in achieving a clean sweep.
