All lanes have reopened after several vehicles were involved in an accident close to the Dartford Crossing.

Two lanes of traffic were closed following a crash just before 12pm near junction 1A.

Queues stretched back to junction 2 (Darenth Interchange) with drivers warned to expect delays.

But the area has now been cleared.
