Trains between Dartford and Greenwich were suspended following the discovery of a suspect package.

Emergency services - including Network Rail and British Transport Police -were called to Erith station to deal with the incident, which left the station closed and the Woolwich line out of action.

The station has now reopened but some trains are still delayed while the service gets back to normal.
