A teenager faces jail after admitting being responsible for a crash which killed two men and left four people seriously injured.
Appearing at Woolwich Crown Court today, Michael Morris, 19, of Broad Road, Swanscombe, pleaded guilty to two charges of causing death by dangerous driving and four of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Michael Crampton and James Montegriffo, both 23, were killed in the crash on the A20 in Eglantine Lane, Farningham at around 1.20am on Saturday, April 29.
An inquest in May heard Mr Crampton, of James Road, Dartford, had been driving a Citroen Berlingo when it collided head-on with a Vauxhall Insignia driven by Morris.
Mr Montegriffo, from Engineer Lane, Gibraltar, was a front-seat passenger in Mr Crampton’s vehicle.
Morris was formally charged at Medway Magistrates’ Court last month after being issued with a postal summons.
Following Friday’s hearing he was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday, February 1.
