Emmanuel Ngcongco, 18, charged after reported robbery in Mounts Road, Greenhithe

A teenager has been charged after a robbery.
It happened when a man was reportedly robbed of his phone and wallet shortly after 9pm yesterday in Mounts Road, Greenhithe.
A second incident occurred in a nearby car park where a man is reported to have threatened a group with a blade and attempted to steal a car.

Officers turned up and conducted a search.

They arrested Emmanuel Ngcongco , 18, of no fixed address, and seized a knife and a number of phones from the area.
Ngcongco has since been charged with two counts of possessing a bladed article, robbery and criminal damage.
He is due to appear before magistrates tomorrow .
