Three men accused of burglary are expected to stand trial later this month.

The pair were jailed at Maidstone Crown Court

Luke Stewart-Day, 26, Riley Scamp, 20, and 22-year-old Alfred Rye, from Hartley and Dartford, all deny breaking in to a home in Forge Way, Shoreham, on September 18 last year and stealing car keys, electrical goods and a mobile phone.

The three also pleaded not guilty to theft of a Vauxhall Astra on the same occasion.

Stewart-Day, of Pitfield, Hartley, Scamp, of Green Street Green Road, Darenth, and Rye, of Hill Rise, Dartford, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court yesterday via video link with HMP Elmley.

They were remanded in custody until their trial, which is expected to start the week beginning January 27.
